Axios Civil Solutions, LLC was formed with the goal of providing unmatched customer service across all of our business offerings. Our unique and extensive experience in heavy civil construction, engineering, and sales allows us to provide innovative solutions and product delivery to our clients and partners. We are a DBE certified company in numerous states throughout the US and we pride ourselves in providing value where others cannot.

Mr. Bedoya has over 24 years of experience in consulting, design, and construction. He started as a geotechnical consultant, working on residential and commercial projects, including foundations, roadways, and geological risk mitigation.
He then transitioned to project management, handling power generation, industrial construction, and large design-build projects in the airport and highway sectors. His roles included office management and technical sales for a global geosynthetics manufacturer, where he earned a patent for pavement engineering.
Later, he joined a heavy civil contractor, focusing on pavement engineering and quality control for state DOT highway projects.
As CEO of Axios Civil Solutions, Mr. Bedoya leverages his extensive experience to drive business management, revenue growth, innovation, and strategic partnerships, delivering comprehensive solutions to the heavy civil construction industry.

Mr. Frazee has over 24 years of experience in heavy civil construction, managing or overseeing projects worth over $1 billion for agencies like ACOE, DOD, FAA, DOT, and municipal bodies. His diverse roles have given him a deep understanding of operational efficiencies at all organizational levels. Greg’s nationwide experience, including work in CO, WY, NE, CA, OK, KS, and other states, showcases his ability to manage remote teams and develop market relationships across the country.
As an Area Manager for the Western US, he successfully navigated an acquisition and reorganization, demonstrating his leadership and decision-making skills, resulting in market expansion and increased efficiencies.
As Chief Operating Officer of Axios Civil Solutions, LLC, Mr. Frazee leverages his extensive experience and leadership to develop marketplaces, relationships, and functional teams nationwide. His proven success assures partners and clients that Axios Civil Solutions, LLC will deliver best-in-class performance in the heavy civil construction industry.

Mr. Klemish has over 24 years of experience in estimating, bidding, selling, and project managing steel and chemical paving accessories for civil and airport concrete paving contractors nationwide. Throughout his career, he has managed $10M to $28M annually in concrete paving accessories, both individually and with a sales team, overseeing the entire Midwest region.
As Chief Sales and Growth Officer for Axios Civil Solutions, Mr. Klemish leverages his extensive industry knowledge, sales experience, and vast network of contractor contacts to drive the company’s success as a leading civil and construction supply partner.
